If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. We will try our best to modify the order.

Emsleepwear is an Australian-based brand. International transaction fees occur depending on where you place your order and the method you use.

SHIPPING

We offer both standard shipping and express shipping within Australia.

Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order via Australia Post website.

Yes, we do! For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $35 AUD. Shipping takes up to 10 business days.

If you believe your package is lost, please email us so we can take care of it as quickly as possible. 

Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

Kindly note that if a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

PRODUCT CARE

The best way to care for your Emsleepwear is to hand wash cold. Otherwise, machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colours, and then tumbled dry low.
Use a warm iron if needed.

RETURNS

Yes, you can return your items if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the items. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds for full details on our returns policy.

We are sorry to hear that! Please email us immediately if you have received a faulty or damaged item. In the email, please provide us with your order number and an image of the product/s that are damaged.

We do not accept any returns/exchanges on SALE items. These are final prices for clearance.
