Returns and Refunds Policy
Emsleepwear.com will gladly accept your return on all unworn merchandise for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 14 days, we can not offer you a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached. Please ensure that the below conditions are met before submitting a return request.

Full Priced Items
We offer full refunds and exchanges on all full-priced items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Sales/Gift Cards
We do not offer exchange, store credit or refunds on sale merchandise or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the merchandise is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn, we are unable to process the return.
If the merchandise is faulty, you will be refunded.
How to return?
To start a return, please contact us at hello@emsleepwear.com with the order number. If the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please kindly note that customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be minus shipping paid originally.
Orders sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 7 days for a return to be processed.
Exchanges/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be provided with two options.
- Exchange - a credit note will be credited to your account with Emsleepwear, and you will be able to use this toward your next purchase. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Refund - automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Emsleepwear reserves the right to:
- Reject merchandise that does not comply with the above conditions and return the item to the sender.
- Inspect returned merchandise and reject returned goods if we do not see them faulty or damaged.
All claims must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
