What do I do if my oder is lost?

If you haven't received your order in a reasonable time frame, please get in touch with us at hello@emsleepwear.com. We endeavour to help you locate your parcel. Please report lost packages to us within 10 business days of the original delivery date. Whilst we will try our best, we can not be liable for any lost or damaged orders during transit once they have been dispatched. You may need to contact the carrier to file a claim. 

Kindly note that if a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

We are unable to deliver to Australian PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

 Please kindly note that your order may be subject to import duties, customs and/or taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches it's destination country. They are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country. Emsleepwear cannot be held responsible for these charges, in the event they are applied. These extra charges are not included in the checkout total on our website.

To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.
